Contracts, Dimona, and todos

The kiosk can interrupt the normal clock flow with required employee prompts. These prompts keep legal or operational steps from being skipped before work continues.

Use this guide when an employee sees screens for:

  • contract review
  • contract signature
  • daily todos
  • stop confirmation

Use it as well when you are looking for a worker’s Dimona status on the kiosk. Dimona does not interrupt the employee, so it does not appear as a prompt.

The kiosk shows dedicated screens for:

  • Contract
  • Contract signature
  • Todos
  • Stop confirmation and Stop success

These screens appear because the employee needs to confirm something before the next clocking step is complete.

Dimona works differently. There is no Dimona screen, and Dimona never blocks an employee from clocking. Its status is shown on the workday board on the kiosk login screen: open an employee’s row and the compliance details include their Dimona status, and any row that needs looking at is marked with a “Dimona/contract issue” label. If the employer’s plan does not include Dimona, that information is simply not shown.

  • Do not ignore required prompts. They are part of the working-session flow, not separate optional tasks.
  • If a todo appears repeatedly, check with the employer team whether the underlying requirement has actually been completed.
  • If the employee cannot proceed after a contract prompt, the employer side should verify the corresponding contract and planning data.
  • A flagged Dimona is for the employer team to resolve, not the employee. The employee can keep clocking in the meantime.
