Kiosk clock
What this feature does
Section titled “What this feature does”The kiosk clock gives employees a fast on-site flow for signing in, starting work, stopping work, and confirming the end of a working session.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”Use the kiosk when employees need to:
- sign in on a shared workplace device
- clock in at the start of work
- clock out at the end of work
- recover a PIN if the kiosk flow allows it
Daily flow
Section titled “Daily flow”The live kiosk surface includes:
- Setup for activating the device
- Login
- PIN recovery
- Dashboard
- Stop confirmation
- Stop success
- Complete kiosk setup before opening the device to the wider team.
- Keep PIN recovery as an exception path; it is faster to train employees on the normal sign-in flow.
- If the kiosk returns to login unexpectedly, confirm whether an auto-logout or inactivity rule has ended the session.
